Social Media Sharing

I have contributed my very own plugin for social media sharing in wordpress plugin directory. The plugin is in its infancy and is continuously enhanced. At present, it can be used if you wish to have a light weight solution to display Tweet and Facebook Like and Share buttons.

This plugin does not shares and intermediate or shortened url, instead it shares the actual url of page. Future update will include the option of few more social platforms and customization options.
